All equipment rentals are subject to a separate signed rental agreement. These terms online serve as a general framework. Specific rates, durations, and mobilization costs will be detailed in your formal quote.

3. Operator Responsibilities

Where technical operators are supplied, they operate under the direction of the client's site supervisor. However, the operator reserves the right to refuse tasks that compromise safety or violate "Zero Harm" protocols.

4. Liability

Al Falak Transport LLC is not liable for site delays caused by weather, third-party logistics disruptions, or unforeseen geological conditions. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of faulty equipment under our preventive maintenance scope.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
